I own a 2004 Nissan 350Z, which I have serviced at Nissan of Venice in Venice Florida. Recently, I needed to have an airbag serviced. The repair was to cost $3500.00. Since the car had only 29,000 miles on it, the service manager suggested that I contact Nissan of North America and ask for assistance in paying for the repair. I did so and Nissan paid for the whole repair.
In an age when it is not unusual for a corporation to avoid paying for things for which they are legally liable, it is good to know that there are still corporations that will stand behind their products even when they are not legally liable.

We recently had some artistic painting completed in our bathroom. It was done by Diane Davidson & Stephanie Borchard - they accomplish "creative expressions" in color & unique design (as well as texture & faux available). This process Diane created uses real palm fronds - adding a new color over the base color they have used, and was featured in Sarasota magazine. I highly recommend Frank Moffett who owns "Gulf Coast Garage Doors" in Englewood at: 473-0402. This guy is a total garage door expert, knows all the makes and models, who bought out who and when (e.g. Overhead bought out Genie 10 years ago but some Genie parts can still work on Overhead brand doors and can be purchased cheaply at Home Depot), where to get parts versus when he can retrofit one for you. $60 service call which always includes thoroughly lubricating every part of the door. I have used him three times in the past 3 years and have never been disappointed.

Before deciding on Jansen as the preferred installer, I obtained three quotes from local companies and Jansen came in with one of the lower prices. The professionalism and quality of work was outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
If you want to make sure that your installation is as professional as ours was, the people we worked with were, Larry Hayden in Sales, and the installation team were Nathan Clark and Chris Drennan. As far as the installation team is concerned you can stipulate that Nathan and Chris be named in your contract as your preferred installers. (They are not Sub Contractors, they are Jansen staff).

We have now used SAMA Landscape Service (Santiago Martin 941-587-9635) for over a year and believe him to be the best service in Venetia. His team's work is exceptional in all ways. They are all properly trained before coming to our property, so they are both efficient and skilled. Each of the crew members are courteous and very professional. Their work is simply outstanding. Our yard is perfectly maintained and the trees and shrubs always in good shape.

We would like to highly recommend Neptune Pool Services. We have been with Mike for several years now and are extremely satisfied with his work. He makes the extra effort to exhaust every avenue, on his own, to repair and/or replace parts, motors, filters, etc., before contacting an outside source which has saved us a lot of money over the years. Our pool is always in immaculate condition.
Besides pool services they do pressure washing and window washing. They have many satisfied customers in Venetia already. They are the company Venetia uses to do the Clubhouse windows.

Tom Marovich's company, Northern Precision Contracting, recently did work on our house in Venetia.
When the weather was cold a few weeks ago, we found pests had gotten in our attic through some openeings on the outside (that were not properly sealed when the house was built); there were also many broken roof tiles. Tom repaired all the broken tiles and fully closed and insulated all openings and we have had no further intrusions.
To provide us with upper storage space in the garage, Tom built three very large wood shelves as well as full wall shelving; this created a great deal of efficient additional storage.
Additonally, four rooms were painted precisely and beautifully. The work was clean with absolutely no messes and we were very pleased.
Tom is extremely reliable with good practical solutions. His staff is professional and courteous. The quality of the work is excellent and his prices are very reasonable and more than fair.
We strongly recommend Tom and Northern Precision Contracting.

I have just had Thomas Marovich, of Northern Precision, Inc, at the house, and I would like to highly recommend him to home owners here at Venetia.
I had a rat in my attic which I am told is due to the cold spell we are having and also being close to the preserve. I have also been told by my pest control man that here has been a problem with rats recently. (Being on my own this was very distressing).
Tommy did a very thorough service on my roof. This included repairing cracked roof tile and sealing all open areas on my roof. He also screened the vents, did rat control and he cleaned my dryer vent. There is no way anything else will get inside my attic.
He was very professional and thorough and was also very reasonable for this service.
I do not hesitate to recommend him to homeowners that may be having the same problem or encounter it in the future.
